Sony VAIO VGN-SZ110 Compatible w/ XP Pro X64 EditionEdition

Experts,
Is a Sony Vaio VGN-SZ110 laptop compatible with the Microsoft Windows Professional x64 Edition operating system? The model number is PCG-6J2L.  I am currently operating with 3 Gigs of Ram even through it advertises as a 2 Gig system. Thank you for your timely response and have an excellent day!
