Can I install SQL 2005 32-bit on Windows Server 2003 64-bit?

I am a network admin for a 50-user firm. I am building a new SQL 2005 server in anticipation of installing new accounting software. The server is a Dell PowerEdge 2950, 64-bit. The operating system is Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard, x64 Edition. I do not expect that the demand on this database will be very high.

Can I install SQL 2005 32-bit on this server, or do I have to install 64-bit SQL software since the OS is 64-bit?

I'm guessing that I can still run 32-bit software on my 64-bit OS, but I want to be sure before I mess anything up. Thanks in advance!
