Thx a lot. If it available i post a comment.
Well, found a solution! :)
Try this:
From an Exchange 2003 server, copy the following DLLs from the \program files\exchsrvr\bin folder in to a common folder (preferably in the path) such as \windows\system32 on the machine on which you want to manage Exchange attributes:
address.dll
escprint.dll
exchmem.dll
glblname.dll
maildsmx.dll
pttrace.dll

Than run CMD (!IMPORTANT!) as administrator and type this
REGSVR32.EXE c:\windows\system32\maildsmx.dll

Ofcourse, ADUC must be closed.
On my situation I unpin ADUC from taskbar.
Have a nice day!
I am currently testing a fully working setup for Exchange 2003 System tools for ADUC on Windows 7.  I will post my results tomorrow once I get a chance to fully test.
Well, I got the testing complete, and it is working... Please refer to the link below for the MSI and the install documentation.

Go to this link to download the "Exchange Snap-In for Windows 7".

It DOES work, I have it running on Windows 7 RC build 7100 x86.

I would recomend also following grinenok's advice, as that was one many of the tricks that had to be configured. Here's how I did it...

1- Install Windows Server 2003 Administration Tools Pack (from Microsoft)
2- Copy and register Exchange Files (credit to grinenok)
3- RegisterAdminPak (Same as Vista)
4- Install Microsoft Exchange Server MAPI Client and Collaboration Data Objects 1.2.1 (Same as Vista)
5- Install Exchange System Manager for Windows 7 (From link above)

Side note: Make sure you don't have Office installed at the time, the MAPI Client etc will not install with Outlook installed. You can, however, install it once you've finished with the Exchange Snap-In. I have this tested and WORKING.
Credit should also be given to WC_TSA, since I overlooked his post that contained the link and instructions FIRST.

Uhhhh - when I go to this link there is nothing there but links to other services. The same goes for the text directions! Am I missing something here?
The link here http://nwcalc.web44.net/Win7/ takes you to my website.... however the MSI file is too large for me to host (free web host size restrictions) so I hosted it on filefactory for downloading.  the exact link to the file factory download is http://www.filefactory.com/file/ah2de87/n/ESMWindows7_MSI

You may see an ad or 2 for the filefactory site, but it is free to download so I cant complain.  My site gives you details on contacting me directly.
