I'm not sure that MYOB is unsupported, it depends where you are: they have pulled the plug in some countries already and they've certainly pulled the power lead out in the UK (with support limping along until some time next year), but I'm pretty sure it's still going strong in Australia and parts of Asia.
I am running MYOB Accounting Plus UK v15 under Windows 7 without any problems. I didn't install the application - it's not necessary - I simply copied the C:\Plus15\ folder from my Windows XP machine to my Windows 7 installation and created a shortcut to MYOBPLUS.EXE which opens automatically my company file. To create a shortcut that does the same, first create a chortcut to MYOBPLUS.EXE, then create a shortcut to your data file, then right click one shortcut and select Properties and copy the target into the target of the other shortcut so that you have path-to-exe [space] path-to-data as the new target.

MYOB is long, long out of support. If you have a new enough version (I think V14 is new enough), you can convert it to a QuickBooks file (and some stuff may be summarized and detail lost on the way). But I think that is your only option. You need at least QB2008 to work successfully in Vista and probably a later version than that to work in Windows 7. ... Thinkpads_User
