Explorer reports wrong size for VOB file

Windows 7 64 bit is reporting a VOB file that I'm working with as being 30 seconds long although it's actually about 5 minutes in length.

This file is on my hard drive, Windows XP 32/64 bit shows the correct length so does Vista 64.

Media player plays the five minutes but our specialized media player only shows 30 seconds of the video.

Anyone else aware of this bug or have a work around?

How big is the VOB? Is it larger than 4GB?

Also, have you tried playing the VOB in another media player? For example, VLC Media Player?

The file is 83mb.
VLC Media player also show the wrong size but plays it correctly.
This is only happening in Windows 7.
I've tried installing Windows 7 in vmware with the same results.

This is a bug which will be soon fixed I hope....
Also happens on torrents displaying full size while actually it has not downloaded completely.

I confirmed this on vista 64 as well.

Funny thing is, when I burned the vob back to a DVD it plays properly!!!
Gotta love Windows!
