I am trying to get Microsoft's Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager to install in a Windows 7 Professional (x64) environment. I am getting the error: &quot;Microsoft Office 2007 Primary Interop Assemblies -- Error 1316. Setup cannot read from file C:\OTKBCMENURTL\OFFICE\o20<wbr />07pia.msi.<wbr /> &nbsp;Check your connection to the network, or CD-ROM drive. &nbsp; &nbsp;For other potential solutions to this problem, see SETUP.CHM.&quot; <br />

I did these things and have gotten nowhere at all. I copied the setup from the DVD to my HD; made sure that I am logged in as administrator on the box; I even tried using the &quot;compatibility&quot; mode. I downloaded and installed .Net 1.1 b/c I read that this PIA needed it...<br />
