Kindly explain what you meant by stable.
Because Ultimate contains the additional features like:
* Help protect data on your PC and portable storage devices against loss or theft with BitLocker.
* Work in the language of your choice and switch between any of 35 languages.
First one might prove useful for Data protection but not for normal usage..
Second one has no usage with respect to the question..

I don't know about VS and SQL, But IIS is necessary for websites i think.
