Folder Redirection, Desktop Redirection, and logon scripts not working on Win 7 in Server 2003 SBS R2 domain

I am testing out Windows 7 on our Server 2003 SBS R2 domain. Up until this point, I have only had Windows XP computers on the network, where I implement folder redirection, desktop redirection, and one logon VB script. However, the Windows 7 machine is note implementing any of those policies. I have placed the machine within my AD in a group with all of my policies. I have also done gpupdate /force and restarted with no luck. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Well, I figured out the majority of my problem, but have just one issue left. I had my aha moment and realized that I was not logging in to my domain account, I was logging in to a local profile that had the same credentials as my domain account. So now, all the folder redirection is working, but my desktop redirection is not working.

So I can use Server 2008 Administration tools even though I am only using Server 2003? Also, when I try to install the Administration tools on my Windows 7 machine, I get this error, "The update is not applicable to your computer." I will see if there is a version of this tool specifically for Windows 7.

I've noticed that Windows 7 is actually trying to load the desktop that I have pushed out to all of the PC's on my network, but the whole desktop background is black, instead of showing the .htm file that I want it to show. I am seeing some reports around that Active Desktop is not available in Windows 7. Is that true? I think that could be my problem.
