Great - So if a Xbox360 can do it - Can a second Windows 7 machine on the network act the same as an Xbox360.  Would I be able to watch LiveTV on the second Windows 7 machine (no local tuner)?
I thought windows media player had the ability to receive streams also so yes I reckon so. Let me double check on that one.
For files/photos/music etc that is true (this is currently setup and working).  I'm particularly interested in how LiveTV could be streamed

in my first post, the text in bold says enjoy live tv which can be got from tv tuner

The Windows Media Center user interface will appear on the TV connected to your Xbox 360. You can then enjoy live TV, recorded TV, pictures, music, videos, and other digital media on your Xbox 360 as you would in Windows Media Center.
