Re-create the "Mail Recipient" when using "Send to" options for files.
On some of our users, were having an issue when they right click a file, select Send To and choose "mail recipient" it will open the email fine but when you go to send it, it gives you a "FIXMAPI 1.0 MAPI Repair Tool has stopped working"
We came to the conclusion that re-creating the outlook profile would fix it but that is just not acceptable doing on all the machines. Is there a diff. way to fix this? possibly somehow re-creating the "mail recipient"?

The only soltution is to create the Outlook profile or reinstall Office
