boot into safe mode and disable the usb drivers / device and see if you can boot up.

The user can boot up just fine. This occurs while she's is working.
i would start by updatign all the motherboard drivers
what model of mobo or pc is this?
what model of mobo or pc is this?

UPDATE: Went to the motherboard manufacturer and downloaded updated drivers as current as April of 2012. Downloaded drivers for the Chipset and the USB 3.0. While watching the install I noticed the USB update removed the iusb3xhc.sys file so I'll update if this doe/doesn't correct the blue screen.
