With xp i had modified the helpeeaccept.htm and TakeControlMsgs.htm files to allow automatic remote assistance acceptance (DoAccept();) and automatic remote control acceptance (onClickHandler(0);). &nbsp;xp had a lot of the remote assistance code written in htm and open to modify.<br />

windows 7 has rewritten this code and has removed all htm so no options are modifiable.<br />

does anyone know any ways to eliminate the novice having the option to accept or reject remote assistance offers (automatically accept) and further to eliminate the option of the novice allowing remote control requests?<br />
