I have an old VB6/Crystal XI development system on Windows 2000.<br />
I have made the application run on windows XP and Windows 7 (32 bit) - all without recent problems (the actual process was determined by yourselves back in 2009).<br />
Due the demise of XP we are forced down the windows 7 64 (bit path).<br />
I have this running OK on one 64 bit machine - but on others I get &quot;Logon failure&quot; when trying to view or print from within the application.<br />
%windir%\syswow64\odbcad32<wbr />.exe has been run and have set up &quot;SQL Server&quot; in System DSN and also &quot;SQL Native Client&quot;; neither have any effect.<br />
I've found somewhere that MDAC needs to be re-installed but am loath to try this.<br />
Anyone out there able to help?<br />

Windows 7 is an operating system from Microsoft. Features include multi-touch support, a redesigned Windows Shell with a new taskbar, referred to as the Superbar, a home networking system called HomeGroup, and performance improvements.
