Access Exchange Account on Outlook while off line on a laptop.
Experts,
We have couple of users would like to access their email while they are off-line, outside the network using their laptop. Cache mode is not acceptable.

What are the consideration using cached OST file? I mean, should I be aware of anything if my user use the office PC (Outlook) when they are not on their laptop? I know some cases, if you cache mode, there are consequences when it does not sync up, especially with large mailboxes. Please advise.

I posted another question, maybe you can take a look?
If the users are off line, then using the cached OST file is the only way.
I took off line literally.
If they are on the Internet, then set up Outlook Web Access and they can deal with email that way.
