I'm looking for software that will allow me to define monitor positions where apps will open and run by default.<br />

This will save me quite a bit of time instead of having to manually move these programs to the exact screen locations where I want them to run.<br />

Windows isn't very good at doing this since whenever I move a program to another screen &nbsp;(or another monitor) &nbsp;location besides where it has originally opened (and where I want it to open every time that I launch the program in the future) the program will continue to open at this other location where the program was last located instead of opening in the default position I would like it to continue opening in.<br />
