How can I set up default locations where certain Windows applications and programs will launch?<br />

This is something that is able to be done with the Windows command line prompt program (by right clicking on the Windows command line title bar) but I haven’t been able to find a way of doing this with other Windows programs.<br />

I will need to do this on a computer with two video cards that has a total of 4 monitors connected to it.<br />
