Define where programs open
How can I set up default locations where certain Windows applications and programs will launch?
This is something that is able to be done with the Windows command line prompt program (by right clicking on the Windows command line title bar) but I haven’t been able to find a way of doing this with other Windows programs.
I will need to do this on a computer with two video cards that has a total of 4 monitors connected to it.
What methods or third party utilities or programs will allow me to do this?
