Auto launching the application on incoming sms

hello all,

Can anyone suggest the way for launching the application whenever the new sms  
message comes in the users inbox. one of the way is pocket outlook model library  
provided by microsoft , not sure how exactly it can support.Another way is to go with
native code and do this with defining a MAPI rule and laucnhing the applciation but
somehow that involves lot of P/I calls, please suggest us the most efficieant and smart
way to do this.
we are targeting windows mobile 5.0 smartphones with compact framework 2.0
