Outlook 2007 Calendar does not Active Sync to Palm Treo 750/Contacts, Email, and Tasks successful.  Need advice.

Please advise how to get Outlook 2007 Calendar to transfer to Palm Treo 750.  Using the following:
Active Sync v.4.5
Windows Mobile v.2.25
Windows XP on the PC

We've been trying numberous fixes for 2 days and cannot get the Calendar to sync either way.  Two test calendar items entered on Palm did not sync to PC and NONE of the last month on PC synced to Palm.

Suggestions please, since the Calendar is the main reason I upgraded to a Smartphone.
