I just got a Mogul from HTC, I am on the sprint network and am running a custom ROM with Windows Mobile 6.1. I am trying to sync with my work computer using active sync 4.5 my OS XP SP3, I am using Outlook 2003 with all current upgrades, my work uses Groupwise 7.0.2 but like I said I use the Outlook client. when I try and sync I get a 85010014 error message, I am able to sync up to outlook at home with no issue, I have tried to reinstall both outlook and active sync no luck, I am able to sync my old phone which is a WM2003SE, I have also tried the original ROM on the new phone and still have no luck, we dont have folder redirection and the Firewall is disabled. any sugestions?
