ActiveSTINK alternative?

Is there an alternative to ActiveSync / Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 to sync Outlook Calendar/Tasks/Contacts on my ATT Tilt (Windows Mobile 6 Professional PDA) between my XP pc at work and my Vista PC at home?

I'm completely disgusted with the random loss of profiles resulting in a full (30 minute full sync) and the resulting dups.  It's a mess.  I can't stand it any more.
