Activesync WM6 SSL Exchange 2003 Issue

I am totally stuck and have finally given in to posting a question.

I have a:

SBS 2003 Server SP2 / IIS 6.0 / Exchange 2003
XP Desktops
WM6 HTCS621 Smartphones (Activesync 4.5?)
GoDaddy Turbo Wildcard SSL Certificate

Outlook clients work perfectly
OWA works perfectly on Port 443
WM6 works perfectly on Port 80
Cannot for the life of me get WM6 Activesync syncing on Port 443 (Support Code 0x80072EFD)
WM6 IE will run OWA perfectly therefore GoDaddy Cert is good

Help I'm ready to smash a pile of smart phones into a million bits...
