We have 5 users who sync their phones with our exchange server and don't have an issue. They use Verizon with windows mobile 6. Today I received a T-Mobile phone running Windows mobile 6 and I set it up just like the Verizon phones but am getting error 0x85010014. I tried to use a different user but still get the same error. I am concerned about chaning anything because I do not want to effect the other 5 users. Any help would be great.
