Codec div3 windows mobile 6.1

Is the DivX3 Codec availabe for Windows Mobile 6.1?
Divx-Player for Mobile, Smartmovie and Mediaplayer are not able to play such files.

Thanks Mikal613, but that tool just crashed on my mobile.

I used the Core-Player instead and that player seems to play most files.

That version of tcpmp just crashes when I try to start it on my device.
The official Core-Player in a current version works.
