Any idea how to upgrade the Window Mobile from 6.1 to 6.5 for HTC Touch Diamond2 ? Do I need to pay for license cost ? Where can I download it ?
I see some web site that offer Window mobile 6.5 to download, but need some steps to unlock the phone first, is it safe to do this ?

No official update will be released for the diamond. Nor should you take the chance on an unofficial update. Yes there are some "cooked" roms out there. There is a chance that you will brick your phone. The unlocking needed instantly voids your warranty.
