Browse All Topicsi'm trying to unlock my phone (MY TOUCH from t-mobile) my friend use it and it was lock he try to unlock it and now i cannot use my phone , i'm stuck on the screen where i have to enter my email address and password to unlock it (GMAIL ACCOUNT) but i dont even remember my email address and i try to recover it from google but i when i create the account i did not enter a secundary email address, and i dont want to reset my phone cuz i'm gona delete all my contacts,pictures,videos, in other words lose everyting . talk to t-mobile and they told me to reset it. i'm trying to avoid that. I KOW THE PATTERN TO UNLOCK THE PHONE JUST NEED TO GET TO THAT SCREEN WHERE I CAN ENTER THE PATTERN!!!!!!!!!!!

I honestly think you're going to be SOL on this one. This is a security "feature" that appears to be enabled on your phone. The email address method seems to be a last chance sort of fail safe... but if you used an email account that you don't remember, honestly that's your own fault.
The only suggestions I'm seeing online involve you wiping the device and losing everything on it.
why not logon to a computer, go to google and put in you forgot your username/password. Google usually has a backup email to send your information to if you forget it or a simple password reset with security questions online.
Once you get it that way, you should be able to input it onto your phone and unlock it.

Most phones have a lockout like this for security. Blackberry is the same way. You get a set number of attempts to unlock the phone and if you don't get it right on any of them, it wipes the device. I would honestly say that you're lucky you at least have another method (google account) once the number of attempts are used up.
