Motorola Q and Exchange Activesync

Exchange 2003 on SBS 2003
The active sync is working and the CERTS are fine and in order.
But one of the "Q"s when it gets more then 50% of it memory filled, decides to move the last couple emails to the exchange deleted box of the user.

I talked to Verizon and they talked to motorola, they said that it's a setting in the EXCHANGE, but I can't find it, or think they are correct.  I just want the mail NOT to be moved to the deleted folder, but instead moved to a read folder or a folder that I create.
