we have a sbs 2003 server running exchange and having trouble getting our new 800w to connect wirelessly. i ensured that ssl is turned-off in IIS, have integrated windows authentication checked in
all IIS Settings (instead of basic clear text)- firewall is "open" for testing purpose so i know it's not blocking anything. i can login using OWA - no problem.
i've setup windows mobile phones many times on other sbs servers w/out any issues but this is my first time setting-up the new Treo 800w, they just came out. we tried the domainname\userid, for both the fully qualified name and netbios in the a.sync server user id settings, tried using a new "test" account ( no luck)- comes back with the error- 0x85010014 message. this is a very vague message according to PALM . stopped , restarted IIS once or twice- no luck.
Perhaps it's something simple on this Server but i've never had a problem before on other servers. this server has NOT BEEN used for windows mobile users prior to today. any information or other suggestions would be great because we ran out of idea's to try.
