Connecting to a Remote Desktop from a Windows Tablet laptop

I am setting up a number of laptops to connect via Remote Desktop to a number of Desktop PC's. All the machines (laptops and desktops) run Windows XP Pro except one of teh laptops which runs Windows Tablet edition.
On the XP Pro laptops and I can configure the remote desktop connections, entering the computer name, user name, password and domain (static IP address) to log into the corresponding desktop remotely. That works fine. But on the Tablet laptop the remote desktop connection wizard does not offer the possibility of entering the remote computers domain or IP address, just the computer name, user name and password. So how can the Tablet laptop find the remote computer ?
