Problem with Phone app in WinMobile 2003

Dear all,

I have a problem with my O2 phone. I'm using an O2XDAIIi (Qtek 2020i-Windows Mobile 2003).
Everytime, when I connect the PPC to my laptop to charging or sync data, if there is an imcomming call, I cannot hear anything in the call.

Do anyone know the solution?
