How to log into the domain using a touch screen vista kiosk?

Hi, I've put together some touch screen kiosks for a nursing home.
everything was great until i joined them to the domain, now that they need to log on, i cant do it.
I've tried the ease of access virtual keyboard, but that does not come up 100% of the time, and when it does, it does not let me press control alt del.
I do not want to have these auto login, because then the residents and or family members could play with them.
has anyone else run into this???
the Touch Screen says it is model 2210 (1.4-0.0) accutouch with ELO divers vers 4.7.
