This is how I did it: in OE, go to the Tools menu -> select Options -> click on the Maintenance tab -> click on the button for Store Folder. This will tell you what is the folder on your system where your email is stored. When you go to that folder in Windows Explorer, you will see a bunch of .dbx files, corresponding to the different "boxes" in your mailbox (InBox, Sent Mail, etc.) Copy those files to a folder on a jump drive or floppy or whatever media is handy. Then, in Vista, go to the Windows Mail program, choose the File menu, select Import and it will walk you through the steps. You will be given a choice of which of the mailboxes to import. (By the way, I'm operating from memory on the sequence in Vista, because my new computer with Vista is not currently turned on.)
