I found the problem. &nbsp;The problem was a bad/corrupted HP printer driver. &nbsp; I had to remove the HP printer completely then assign another printer as the default. The instructions to remove the driver files and printers from the registery were found on <a href="http://www.nthelp.com/351/removeap.htm" rel="ugc">http://www.nthelp.com/351/removeap.htm</a><br />

The problem was that when applications loaded up, they assigned the default printer as the printer to use and this caused the crash.

I found the problem.  The problem was a bad/corrupted HP printer driver.   I had to remove the HP printer completely then assign another printer as the default.
