Internet Explorer Troubleshouting

Dear All
I purchased a new Laptop Toshiba Qosmio , with Windows Vista Ultimate , while i am installing few programs like Photoshop , Adobe Acrobate reader , and Office 2003 , I was trying to access the internet by clicking the Internet Explorer version 7 and a message prompt as bellow :

       - Check online for a solution and close the Program
       - Close the Program
