BCM42RLY service failed

I get the following error several times in my event log;
The BCM42RLY service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

I can't find this service any where and I also searched the registry.
How can I get this service to not start or get rid of it all together?Start Free Trial
