How to report bugs to microsoft ?

Just had something interesting happening that I am able to replicate on my system over and over again.

I was working on going through some tutorials on Vista and I happened to discover a bug in Vista where it actually kills the UAC dialog box and then nothing that requires UAC will run. Just wondering how I report this to Microsoft ? I have never reported anything to them before. Start Free Trial
