Loaded Server 2003 on unused partition, now Vista reporting only 5MB on original Vista Partition.

I originally had Vista dual booting with XP. I had unused space on my hard drive and decided to load a eval copy of Server 2003 on the unused space. I created a partition for 2003 with Vista. I then booted from the Server 2003 CD to load Server 2003 on the unused partiton. It loaded fine, but Vista wouldn't load anymore. I then booted from the Vista DVD and choose repair the install of Vista. I choose repair "Startup" and it booted just like before with the menu to go to Vista or XP. When I tried to run some programs from Vista, I got "out of disk space" errors. When I checked the drives in Vista, it reports all of them have 5 MB with no free space. Something that could not be true, but that is what is reported. When I checked in Computer Management, the graphic reports the size of the partitions correctly. Any ideas on what has happened? This one has me puzzled...
