There is no official 64-Bit Vista Driver, but the 32 bit may work...

You can also try the Version 1.0 driver (dated from 2005) that may work as well. I've had mixed results when using 32-Bit network drivers on 64-Bit systems.... I do however have a 32-Bit Linksys Card working on a 64-Bit system.
