PC has intergrated Video card, trying to install a video card but there is no 2x3-pin or 2x3-pin from power supply

Do I have to get a new Power Suplly: My PC has an intergrated Video card, I am trying to install a much better video card but there are no 2x3-pin or 2x3-pin from the power supply.

The book suggest that I use this the power supply option (Required for ATI Overdrive).

When I plug the card in and turn the PC on, my monitor displays the following message in red and its blinking: Power in not plugged into the Vidoe Card, Please refer to the manaul.
