A file on my computer is corrupt, so even though I have uninstalled the program, I cannot reinstall because of the corrupt file. So, I tried to delete the file. No such luck. I even went into the command prompt to try to dump it, but nothing. It says I have to run chkdsk, but I cannot get it to run at startup. I go to computer>C>properties>chec
k for errors>run at startup and then I shut down and boot up, but it doesn't run. It goes to my login and desktop. What am I doing wrong? I want to check the C drive.
