Good Parental Control Program

My 14 yr old is getting her first laptop (Compact with Vista) I do have a parental control program on it now that sets age limits,allow/deny access, online  times etc, but what I want is to be able to monitor her myspace and emails or at least be able to go around her user password to open up her programs.  Is there such a program as an administrator to over ride her passwords.  I figure you guys might be able to recommend a better one.  I have searched google but I don't know which one works the best.
