Migrate AOL 9.1 Personal Filing Cabinet (Saved Mail) from XP to Vista

We are migrating  a user from AOL 9.1 XP to AOL 9.1 Vista.  The user has a large filing cabinet in excess of 2 gigs.  Does anyone know the procedure for doing this?  I have the info from the old machine but don't know how to ingest it into the new Vista AOL.

Does FreeRide assist in this matter?
