The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. When you provide your feedback, each rating is adjusted accordingly. So, if you see a solution that has a poor rating that you think is a good solution, let us know by rating it. As you do, the rating will be adjusted and will become more accurate for other members of our site.

If you have any suggestions that you would like to make for our rating system, please ask a question in the Suggestions Zone of Community Support.

Thank you!

Vista Media Center music album cover art now missing.

Greetings:
After a fresh install of Vista Ultimate, I was very happy to begin using for the first time.  Ripped all my CD's to the machine and loved the album cover art that appears if you open media center and click music, and it shows all the albums with cover art.

This was working for weeks, and today when I click on music all I see is the text title of the album.  I made sure that I am looking at the correct category such as , artist, album, composer, etc... it is set to album as it always was.  Just the cover art is no longer appearing.

If I click on one of the text titles of an album, the next screen shows the cover art of that single album with the buttons to play it etc...

If I open windows media player and view the library I see the full list of albums with cover art.

So I knw the cover art is there, I know it is being seen by media player, and some portions of media center, but it isnt displaying in the critical portion of media center that makes it all worth while.  :-)

Have already tried a system restore to a point I am 100% sure the cover art was properly being displayed.

Attached is a screen shot of my music library without cover art and dvd library showing how it should look.
