There are no Win 7 drivers for that ATI chipset. It is an oder chipset and will like not be considered for Win 7
implementation.
I would suggest using the Vista Drivers or the Built in WDM Drivers
what is the primary use of this laptop and do you game on it

All mobile chipset drivers for radeon's need to be obtained from your laptop manufacturer. They do not distribute the reference drivers for the mobile chipsets. If your laptop is a sony get the driver from sony.
