How can i put my iTunes Music on to a CD

Hi Experts,

I have a playlist in iTunes that i want to put on to a cd so i can listen to the music in the cd player of my car. Can you please advise how i can do this, as i have never done it before.
Im working on a dell 620 laptop, windows xp
