On the Windows Vista Business laptop:-
1. start Windows Mail:- select Tools -> Accounts -> Export the Internet mail account for the account you want to move and select the destination of export to a USB drive or a network share.
2. select File -> Export the "Windows Contacts"for the account you want to move and select the destination of export to a USB drive or a network share.
3. copy all content inside "C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Local\Micros
On the Vista Ultimate laptop:-
4. run as administrator to start Windows Mail
5. import the nternet mail account and "Windows Contacts" from the foresaid USB drive or a network share.
6. Exit Windows Mail
7. Copy the content as indicated in Step 3 from he foresaid USB drive or a network share to "C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Local\Micros
8. After copying, start Windows Mail to see whether all emails are present.
