Change Windows Vista "Windows Switcher"

Can I change the "Windows Switcher" to display other than the "FAN" like view? maybe like Tiles or other?

The feature in Vista is called Windows Flip 3D, and that's the only mode it has.

There's third-party apps that allow switching in different modes.

Switcher provides an OSX-like tiling of open windows:
