Windows Vista Stop 51

Hi,

I have a P.C. that is crashing when vista basic is loaded shortly after you log into the user account. The BSD is present. I have booted into safe mode and run MSconfig, disabled all services and all startup, but that did not fix the issue. i also ran Malware Bytes, it found over 300  issues. but it still fails to start in "regular" mode.
