right click on my computer..
click on manage
expand system tools
expand local users and groups
click on the users folder
right click (right pane) on the users account on who you want to set the password for
Select set password
click proceed
enter password
In order to do this make sure you are logged in as Administrator

right click on my computer..
click on properties..
click on the Remote Tab
make sure there is a checkmark in
Allow users to connect remotely
Click on select remote users
add the users you want to access..
