We have had multiple different blue screens in the past, But we tested all hardware we could think of, and just declared it was the OS, so we Re-installed and now we are getting another blue screen

Sounds like it could be a hard drive or hard drive controller issues on the MB. Try running scandisk. Does the problem follow the HD is put it in another machine?
