let xp join 2 domains

Hello,

A network user has 2 join 2 domains (1 at office and 1 at home)
Can I set up the pc to join both of these domains without having to join and remove the pc from the domain every time ?

No.  Given it is a home Domain, I suspect a trus is out of the question.  It would be easier for the user to access his home network resources as InteraX mentioned via UNC and knowing his home domain passwords than to do so at work. If it is a company owned PC I lock out user abilities to change these settings on their laptops using a group policy, prevents these issue from coming up.
I've just come across this.
Appears to be some software that enables you to do what you want.
Hope it works.

That will not solve the problem of joining domains.   Pretty fancy interface for changing IP's and such.  Could do that with a batch file.
I do not know if this is feasible, but do what my friend did.  He set up his home domain to be the same as work (names, IP's ect.)  His laptop cannot tell the difference!
1William.. theoretically this is not possible.  When you create a Domain a unique identifier is generated and associated to each computer object when they are joined to the domain.  What your friend has supposedly done could cause some problems I would not recommend this.
MSGeek & 1William,

I think the guy may well have had Win 9x. As the whole Win 9x series doesn't rely on GUID's, you can get away with it.
However, as MSGeek says, this is definately NOT recomended as you probably will come across some problems, even with Win 9x.
GUID's are 128-bit numbers which the system will use to reference users, pc's, servers, applications etc. When using any system based on Win NT, everything must match. Therefore, If the person using Win 9x upgrades to Win NT/2000/XP, he will no longer be able to do this with his system.
